Most of what people write at work is already written. The reply to a customer, the update to the team, the note to a landlord or a client: you know what you want to say, and you've typed it out. It just has typos, a sentence that runs on, or a line that sounds blunter than you meant.
Polish My Message fixes that and nothing else. Paste what you wrote, and Typli hands it back cleaned up, in your own words, ready to send.
How it's different from a rewriter
A rewriter replaces your words with its own. That's useful for an essay. It's not what you want for a message to someone who knows how you talk.
Polish keeps your wording, your tone and the order of what you said. It fixes spelling, grammar and punctuation, splits sentences that run on, and smooths the bits that read awkwardly. It doesn't add pleasantries you'd never write, like "I hope this email finds you well", and it never changes a name, a price, a date or a phone number.
What you can paste
- An email or text you're about to send. "hi dana just following up on the quote i sent tuesday" becomes a clean, friendly follow-up that still sounds like you.
- Their message and your rough reply. Paste both. Typli polishes your reply and uses theirs for context.
- An instruction first. Start with "make it friendlier:", "more professional:" or "shorter:" and the polish follows it.
- Notes and reports. Case notes, incident reports and meeting notes keep their format, so lists stay lists.
Signed in, it signs off as you
Add your name and sign-off to your Typli details once. When your draft has no sign-off, Polish ends it the way you would. It won't add a signature block or your business details unless they're already in the message.
Tips
- Paste the whole thing. Polish works best on the full message, with the greeting and the sign-off.
- Use the buttons under the result. "Shorter", "More formal" and "Friendlier" change the tone without losing your words.
- Check the facts once. Polish keeps your numbers and dates exactly as you typed them, so a wrong date stays wrong. Read it over before you hit send.
